Quite uninteresting but sometimes funny…

I hate when Im out whit a Swedish friend for a pint or similar and we are there (at the pub or whatever) just to talk to eachother about recent events in our life in Swedish not caring about the rest of the world for a bit. Because there are always one of those guys who goes: “so whats the language you’re speaking??” etc.

Ive written about it before, many a times (last week at the latest if i remeber right). Today me and my sister was waiting for the bus when I guy came up to us and started with the line “Are you from Germany?” to which I replied “No, Sweden”. And before he had a chance to continue with “Oh, Sweden, Ive been there” etc I went “And were not interested in talking to you”. And then we marched on to the next bus stop. Lucky for us he wasnt on the same bus as the one we took.

Sis asked why I had been so rude and I explained that all those guys are the same, asking if youre from Germany/Russia/Holland etc and then usually ask if you want to go for a drink etc. Which we wont.

Anyway, had a very nice day, saw New Moon (sooo dorky, I know! but I cant help it) which was so much better than Twilight, and then went for some shopping in Knightsbridge. On return we went to see mu cousing and talked shit for hours and then ended the night with take away and the movies “Taken” and “Clueless”, two very different but excellent movies.

We dicussed the Twilight phenomena and decided it has gotten way out of hand. I mean both me and sis are big fans of the books but there are a limit. We both like the storys but agreed that while Stephenie Meyer has a good story going, that doesnt mean that shes a great writer. Because she isnt. She’s ok, but she hardly deserves a Pulitzer. And True Blood is better. I havent read the books yet (will do!) but I absolutley LOVE the show, filled with vampires, nudity and lots and lots of sex, whats not to like? Plus as mentioned before, then never have sex with their bras on (who has in real life, honestly?).

Anyway, have promised to do Oxford Street tomorrow…so need my rest!
