Oh, dear lord!
Have had another fun but stressful day. Was in a two hour meeting talking about one part of the site for which Im working on. There where all these webbdesigners and marketing people and promotion people that all had their say while I was sitting quiet at first terrefied. When I finally got my chance to speak, they actually listened and liked my ideas! Plus my manager sharply reminded everyone that I had the responisbility for this project and that I will have final say in most things! Mohahaha! On my last job I only got pushed around and never really encouraged to do better but here everyone is helping out everyone. Im even helping out the promotion departement, even though thats not my area, but just for fun and that is ok!
Its gonna be a lot of late nights but totally totally worth it!
Credit card arrived today, btw, hallelulja! Its one of those with a scary large amount of intrests (if you have a bad credit rating, those are the only ones you can get. Not getting paid for two months is counted as bad credit rating…) but Im happy anyway! Just bought contacts dontcha know!
Tomorrow Im gonna be in Islington (dont ask) all day and then rush down to Wandsworth for Els art thingy and on sat its Leos leaving do. Yup, Leo is leaving the country…for ever!!!! Or maybe not forever but hes def moving back to Sweden. London will miss you dear boy!
